

ABOUT
Stacie Webster (she/her) is a Utah native, dance educator, choreographer, and business-minded leader whose work bridges artistic training with real-world strategy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dance Performance and an MBA in Finance, bringing both creative depth and operational insight to her work in the field.
A longtime faculty member at Broadway Dance Center since 2007, Stacie has trained and mentored generations of dancers, helping them refine their technique, develop their artistic voice, and prepare for sustainable careers in the performing arts. She works closely with youth and pre-professional dancers, and is known for fostering strong relationships that support both technical growth and personal development.
Stacie is the founder of Project Boot Camp and serves on faculty for Turn It Up Dance Challenge as a master teacher. She is also on faculty at Concepts Dance Academy and has been a guest faculty member at Ailey Extension, Boom Prep Academy, iDance4aCure, and Horace Mann School. Her teaching has taken her across the U.S. and internationally, including work in Mumbai (India) with Nritya Shakti and The Danceworx. She is currently represented by Clear Talent Group in the Educators' Division.
Her performance credits include work with Nike Industrial, Repertory Dance Theatre, Brigham Young University’s Theatre Ballet, the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, Webster Hall, Symphony Space, the Boston Convention Center, the Javits Center, and Catastrophe Dance Company. She made her feature film debut in "Mama Dancers" (2025; Amazon Prime), an independent film about mothers in dance.
In addition to her work in dance, Stacie brings experience in live-event coordination, sales, finance, and client relations, along with certifications in massage therapy and insurance, deepening her holistic and strategic approach to artist development. Her multifaceted background allows her to guide dancers not only as performers, but as professionals navigating a complex industry.
